Privacy in the Automatyczna Recepcja Online demo
This is a demo with Grand Aurora, a fictional hotel. Do not enter real data. The demo is not connected to any hotel, booking system, lock or payment gateway.

What you enter in the demo
Using the demo is voluntary, and sample details are already filled in. Data from the screens is used only to run the demo. We keep it in the server’s memory and do not save it to disk or to backups. It disappears no later than 2 hours after the last activity, or earlier if you restart the demo, if too many demos are running at once, or if the server is restarted.
Cookies
We use only technical cookies, with no advertising or analytics cookies. qrr_demo tells your demo apart from others, qrr_guest keeps the fictional guest’s session, and qrr_lang remembers the chosen language. Each one expires after 2 hours at most. Restarting the demo removes the first two.
Technical data
On each visit the server records the time, page address, response code, browser information and the IP address with its ending shortened. Logs are used for security and to diagnose errors. We delete them after 14 days. The full IP address stays in the server’s memory for up to about fifteen minutes to limit abuse. We keep its cryptographic hash only in the server’s memory and delete it no later than 2 hours after the last activity in the demo.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, meaning our legitimate interest: presenting the product, keeping the demo secure and protecting it against abuse.
Who has access
The demo server is located in Poland and is provided by OVH Sp. z o.o. We keep a copy of the demo software, without visitor data and without logs, on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and in the Backblaze B2 service in an EU region. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes. OVH uses sub-processors, including companies in its group, also in Canada and the United Kingdom; OVH publishes their list. OVH’s data processing agreement allows them to process data remotely when this is necessary to provide the service. For a country without a European Commission adequacy decision, the agreement provides for standard contractual clauses. Remote processing is a possibility under the agreement; we have no confirmation that it applies to this demo.
Guest guide
The guide link opens a separate service, qr.tel-service.pl, which keeps its own technical logs. The demo does not pass the data entered on its screens to it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased and its processing restricted, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We usually cannot link demo data to a specific person, because we do not have user accounts and do not save this data to disk.
We do not make fully automated decisions with legal effects, and we do not profile visitors.
